ACCOMMODATION
Hotel reservation deadline : 11th April 2011
Rooms have been pre-booked for participants near the International Conference Centre. Rates indicated have been especially negotiated for the Congress. They are quoted in Romanian New Lei (RON) and are per night and per room including Romanian VAT.
A 85 RON//20€* booking fee (including VAT) will be charged as handling fees per room blocked. All nights must be prepaid in advance. The amount corresponding to your entire stay will be charged upon reservation and will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill at check out.
“No Shows” on the first night will automatically cancel the entire reservation and involve the loss of the entire prepayment.
If you shorten your stay, no refund will be made of the cancelled pre-paid room nights.

Transfers will be organised each day from all the official congress hotels. Timetable and details will be indicated at a later stage on the congress website.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of your hotel reservation request, MCI will send you an invoice/ confirmation letter summarising accommodation details and specifying payment status.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat of the Congress.
- For cancellations received up to 31st March 2011, 100€ will be withheld for administration fees.
- For cancellations received from 1st April 2011, no refunds will be provided.
