Special fares may be obtained by AEGPL congress participants with TAROM (official Romanian air transport company).

Please contact your Tarom agency (by mail or phone) mentioning that you are an AEGPL 2011 congress participant.

VISAS

All participants, exhibitors and visitors are reminded that a visa may be required for foreign citizens entering
Romania and that they should apply for a visa at their local Romanian consulate or embassy. To determine
whether you require a visa to enter Romania, please visit the following website: http://www.mae.ro/

Should you need an official invitation letter for visa application purposes, you may contact the Organising
Secretariat at registration@aegpl2011.com who will be able to assist you with this. No exhibition fee,
registration fee and accommodation deposit refunds will be issued for cancellation or non-attendance
due to failure to obtain a visa.
