All fees include 24% Romanian VAT & the fees in euros are indicative (as per February 2011).

In order to process your payment, please ask your bank to convert the total due from Ron to Euros and take the exchange rate of the day the bank transfer is made.

For on-site registration, please note that lunches and congress dinner will be offered only upon availibity, on a first-come first served basis.

• Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat of the Congress .
• For cancellations received up to 31^st March 2011, 100€ will be withheld for administration fees.
  
• For cancellations received from 1^st April 2011, no refunds will be provided.
